Soak pitted Deglet Noor Dates in Kentucky Bourbon overnight. Place a spicy pecan in the center. Roll in granulated sugar and store. |

Directions |

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees |
|
2. Toss pecans and butter in a large bowl until coated |
|
3. Sprinkle chile powder over the nuts and toss |
|
4. Add sugar |
|
5. Use fingers to keep sugar from lumping |
|
6. Dump onto sheet pan, bake for 20 minutes |
|
7. Store in an airtight container |
