  White wine vinegar   1/4 cup
  Honey   3 Tbs.
  Gr. Cumin   1 tsp
  Chili powder   1 tsp
  Salt & Pepper to taste    
  Julienned jicama   4 cups
  Mandarin oranges   2 11oz. cans
  Chopped dates   2 cups
  Carrots, shredded   6
  Medium red onion, chopped   1
  Lettuce leaves for garnish    
 

 

Directions

  1. Whisk together dressing
  2. Combine ingredients
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste
