Makes 20 balls
1 cup Whole grain oats
2 tablespoons Semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ tablespoon Ground flax seeds
½ tablespoon Chia seeds
2/3 cup peanut butter
3 tablespoons date paste
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until uniform
2. Scoop dough and roll into bite-sized balls. Place on cookie sheet
3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until firm. Store in airtight container in fridge for up to one week.
